EasyFable ("we," "us," "our") builds and maintains websites for small businesses. This policy explains what information we collect through easyfable.com and our services, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Information you give us: When you fill out our request form, you may share your name, business name, phone number, email, current website, package interest, timeline and preferred contact method.
• Customer information: If you buy a website, we collect what's needed to deliver it: your agreement, billing details, questionnaire answers, and the logos, photos and content you send us.
• Payment information: Payments are processed by Stripe through our GoHighLevel account. We don't store your full card number on our systems.
• Basic site analytics: We may use privacy-friendly analytics to understand how visitors use our site, such as page views and general location. This does not identify you personally.

How we use your information

• To respond to your request by the method you chose (phone call or text)
• To recommend a package, prepare your agreement and process payments
• To build, launch, host and support your website
• To send service messages about your project, billing and care plan
• To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations

We don't sell your personal information.

Text messages

If you check the text-message consent box, we may text you about your website request. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.

We do not share mobile phone numbers or text-messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Text-messaging opt-in data is never sold or shared, except with service providers that help us deliver messages to you.

Who we share information with

We share information only with service providers that help us run our business, such as GoHighLevel (customer management and messaging), Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (hosting and domains) and Google (email). They may only use it to provide services to us. We may also share information if required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep information for as long as needed to respond to you, deliver and support your website, and meet legal and accounting requirements. If you'd like us to delete your information, contact us and we'll do so unless we're required to keep it.

• Ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you
• Opt out of text messages by replying STOP
• Ask us to stop contacting you at any time

Security

We use reputable providers and reasonable safeguards to protect your information. We never ask you to send passwords through forms, email or text.

Children

Our services are for businesses and aren't directed to children under 13.
